Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Swipe Photos Cleanup app (the “Application”) for mobile devices, created by HO CHIU FUNG (the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. The Application is provided “AS IS”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application reads photos and videos from your device’s photo library so that you can swipe through and decide which to keep or delete. All swiping decisions and photo data stay on your device — the Application does not upload, transmit, or back up your photos or videos to any server.
The Application does not require account registration.
The Application stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Your swipe progress and pending-deletion list
- Your remaining free-trial swipe count
- Your premium-subscription state
When you open the in-app paywall or make a purchase, a limited set of information is sent to our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat, and to Apple (the payment processor):
- An anonymous app-instance identifier generated by RevenueCat
- Apple-provided purchase receipts and subscription status
- Basic device information (operating system version, app version, country code)
This data is used solely to validate purchases, manage subscription entitlements across your devices, and prevent fraudulent purchases. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics beyond what is described above.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
No. The Application does not request or collect any location information.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Only as described above (RevenueCat and Apple, for purchase processing). Your photos and videos are never sent to any third party.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process on your mobile device or app marketplace. Deleting the Application also deletes all locally stored data described above. Purchase records held by Apple are governed by Apple’s terms.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information through the Application, please contact the Service Provider at support@swipephotoscleanup.app so the necessary actions can be taken. Users in the EEA and UK must be at least 16 years of age (or the equivalent local digital-consent age) to use the Application without parental consent.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Data transmitted to RevenueCat and Apple is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Local data stays on your device and is not exposed to the network.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Application after any change constitutes acceptance of the change.
Your Consent
By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
